Blaire Hodges joined the Duke football staff in January 2022, and currently serves as the director of internal operations.
Prior to her time in Durham, Hodges spent four seasons (2018-21) as the director of on-campus recruiting at the University of Virginia. In that role, she assisted with design and management of recruiting strategies, managed the head coach’s recruiting efforts, maintained the recruiting budget, planned and executed all official, unofficial and virtual recruiting initiatives, and developed and implemented recruiting content strategies.
Before transitioning to Virginia, Hodges was the on-campus recruiting coordinator at Texas A&M University for the 2017 season. While with the Aggies, she collaborated with the director of recruiting to plan and execute all official and unofficial visits, partnered with the compliance and academic departments to prepare all GIAs/NLIs for prospects, and worked closely with the creative media department to push social media strategies.
Hodges also served the 2016 season as an operations and events intern for the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game.
A native of Stafford, Va., Hodges graduated from Virginia in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in biology. She also obtained a master’s degree in higher education administration from the University in 2016. While working toward her degree, Hodges served as the football recruiting and the football administration graduate intern.
