Prior to Duke: Attended Irondequoit High School … four-time All-First Team in cross country and three-time All-First Team in track … five-time All-Greater Rochester recognition sophomore, junior and senior seasons … qualified for the state meet in cross country and track five times … two-time medalist at the cross country state championship meet junior and senior years … national qualifier in cross country for Nike Cross Nationals senior year and national qualifier in track for New Balance Nationals junior and senior year … was President of the National Honors Society senior year and in the DECA leadership club senior year.
