2020 XC: Named a team captain prior to the start of her senior season ... finished 14th overall at the season-opening Virginia Tech Invitational (9/25), posting a 6K time of 21:52.7 ... bested that mark by clocking 21:51.9 in the 6K at the ACC Championships (10/30).
2019 XC: Ran in four meets during her junior campaign ... opened the season with a fourth-place showing at the Great American Cross Country Festival (10/5), where she posted a personal-best 5K time of 17:53.8 ... ran her 6K in a PR time of 21:06.0 to place 29th at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships (11/15).
2018-19 T&F: Competed in four indoor meets … finished fifth in the 3000m at the Dick Taylor Carolina Cup (1/12) with a time of 10:10.51 … ran to a PR time of 17:11.78 in the 5000m at the Clemson Tiger Paw Invitational (2/8), earning third … participated in four outdoor competitions … set a personal record in the 3000m at the Battle of the Blues (4/6), placing second with a time of 9:50.06 … at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/9), ran a time of 17:08.74 for 24th place.
2018 XC: Made her collegiate debut in the Elon Opener (8/31), posting a 17th-place overall finish with a PR 4K time of 15:15 as the first Blue Devil to cross the finish line in a fifth-place team finish for Duke … finished fifth in the Queen City Invitational (9/28) with a PR 5K time of 18:24 to help Duke earn a first-place team victory.
2017-18: Redshirted her freshman season at Duke.
Prior to Duke: Lettered for four years in cross country and track and field under Trent Sanderson at Atlanta International School…Named Atlanta International School Female Athlete of the Year as well as earning the Coaches Award for Track in 2017…Most Valuable Player for Cross Country in 2014, 2015, and 2016…All-Metro Cross Country 1st Team Member in 2015…Won the Al Woodham Best Performance Award for the 1,600m and 3,200m races at the 2014 State Meet…Also won the Bob Fowler Award for setting new state records in the 1,600m and 3,200m races at the same meet…Valedictorian of her high school class…Harvard Book Award Winner…Math Kangaroo 2th Place Winner…Earned a Georgia Certificate of Merit.
Personal: Daughter of Joseph and Sylvia Williams…Born August 29, 1998…Has one brother, Brice, and two sisters, Sidney and Camille…Mother, Father, and sister Sidney have all run in college.
