2020-21 T&F: Opened the season in dominating fashion at the Raleigh Relays (3/25-3/27) ... Took home two titles, winning the 200m and as a part of the 4x100m relay team ... Set a program record in the 200m, with a wind-assisted time of 22.96 seconds to become the first woman to break the 23 second mark at Duke ... Set a program record in the 100m preliminaries with a time of 11.46 seconds, only to break her own mark in the final with a run of 11.41 to secure third place overall ... Helped the 4x100m relay team take home first place and set the second fastest time in program history, with a mark of 44.53 seconds ... Won all three events she competed in, breaking her previous school record in the 200m with a time of 22.96, while setting a Duke record as part of the 4x100m relay team with a time of 44.28 and taking the top honors in the 4x400m relay at the Virginia Invitational (4/3) ... Set program records in both events she competed in, defeating her old mark as part of the 4x100m relay team with a first place finish of 44.02 seconds, while breaking the 400m record with a time of 52.23 seconds at the Tobacco Road Challenge (4/10) ... Extended her streak of consecutive event wins to eight in a row, winning the 400m with a time of 53.06 seconds, while contributing to the fourth-fastest 4x400m relay in program history with a time of 3:32.92 at the Virginia Challenge (4/17) ... Further extended the streak of consecutive victories to 11, breaking her own school record in the 100m with a time of 11.35 seconds, while running a mark of 23.20 seconds in the 200m and 44.74 in the 4x100m relay at Duke Twilight (5/3) ... Delivered a career best showing at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/13 - 5/15), winning two gold medals in the 400m and 4x400m relay, setting school records of 51.60 seconds and 3:30.47, while taking bronze in the 200m with a time of 23.12 seconds to help lead the Blue Devil women to the first ACC Championship in program history ... Became the first Blue Devil woman to qualify for the NCAA Outdoor Championships in three different events, helping the 4x400m relay team finish fifth with a school record time of 3:29.19, taking sixth overall in the 400m with a time of 51.79 seconds and finishing ninth in the 4x100m relay with a run of 44.08 seconds at the NCAA East Regional (5/27 - 5/29) ... Became the first five-time All-American in women's program history, competing in three events at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, taking seventh with a school record time of 3:28.27, ninth in the 400m with a run of 51.77 seconds and 11th in the 4x100m relay with a mark of 44.04 seconds (6/10 - 6/12).
2019-20 T&F: Appeared in seven meets during the 2020 indoor season ... opened the campaign by helping the women's 4x400m squad finish first at the Dick Taylor Carolina Challenge (1/11) with a time of 3:49.68 ... clocked 38.52 in the 300m for a PR and third-place finish at the Virginia Tech Invitational (1/17) ... helped guide the DMR quarter to a first-place finish at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge ... finished first in the 400m (53.74) and second in the 4x400m (3:42.13) at the "Doc" Hale Virginia Tech Invitational, while also posting a PR time of 24.07 for fifth place in the 200m ... recorded a PR time of 53.69 in the 400m at the Tiger Paw Invitational (2/15) ... earned second-team all-conference honors at the ACC Indoor Championships (2/27) by finishing fourth in the women's DMR, which she ran with Lauren Hoffman, Michaela Reinhart and Leigha Torino ... placed eighth overall in the 400m with a time of 54.49 at ACC's ... did not compete in any outdoor events due to the season being cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic ... named to the All-ACC Academic Indoor Team.
2018-19 T&F: Participated in 14 meets throughout the entire season … for indoor, started the season off with a first-place time of 56.21 in the 400m at the Dick Taylor Carolina Cup (1/18) … notched first in two events at the Hokie Invitational, clocking a PR time of 1:29.90 in the 600m and 11:32.90 in the DMR … made the podium with the 4x400m relay team at the ACC Indoor Championships (2/21), claiming bronze (3:38.38) … for outdoor, finished in first place in the 800m with a PR time of 2:06:49 at the Battle of the Blues (4/6) … also won first place for the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:36.06 in the Battle of the Blues … during the Duke Invitational (4/19), took home second place in the 400m with a personal best time of 54.56 … participated in four events in the ACC Championships and finished in fourth place in the 4x400m relay (5/11) … competed in two events at the NCAA Division 1 East Region Preliminary Rounds (5/23) and won third place in the 4x400m … ran the 4x400m relay in the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships (6/5), claiming 14th overall place with a time of 3:35.71 and garnering Second Team All-America honors … claimed First Team All-ACC during the Indoor season for the 4x00m relay and Second Team All-ACC in the 4x400m relay for the outdoor season ... earned All-ACC First Team in the 4x400 for Indoor Track & Field and All-ACC Second Team for Outdoor Track & Field in the 4x400m relay ... recognized on the All-ACC Academic Team in both the indoor and outdoor seasons.
2017-18 T&F: Competed in five competitions during the indoor campaign and eight during the outdoor season … opened the indoor season with a first-place finish in the 400m at the Carolina Cup (1/13) with a time of 55:42, her best time of the indoor season … finished second in the 600m at the Clemson Invite (1/20), clocking a time of 1:30.12 … was a part of a 4x400m relay squad that qualified for the ACC Indoor Championships, capturing a second-place finish with a time of 3:33.64 to place second all-time at Duke and also earn First Team All-ACC honors … selected to the 2018 All-ACC Academic Women’s Indoor Track and Field Team … earned a second-place finish in the 800m at the Battle of the Blues (4/6) with a season-best performance, posting a time of 2:07.20 … notched a pair of top four finishes at the Penn Relays with both the 4x400m relay and the sprint medley relay squad … captured a first-place finish in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:32.43 … finished fourth in the sprint medley relay with a time of 3:48.85, which ranks third in school history … clocked her second-fastest time at the ACC Outdoor Championships with a time of 2:07.41 to finish in seventh place … helped the 4x400m relay squad post a strong performance at the NCAA East Prelims, placing fourth with a time of 3:32.21, which serves as a Duke school record … qualified for the 2018 NCAA Outdoor Championships with the 4x400m relay team, where they earned the highest NCAA Championships finish by a Duke 4x400m relay quad in history, finishing in ninth place with a time of 3:32.26, the second-fastest time in school history, earning Second Team All-America honors for the first time in her career … named to the 2018 All-ACC Academic Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Team.

Prior to Duke: Lettered three years in track and one year in cross country under the guidance of Bobby McQuoid at Geneva High School in Geneva, Ohio…anchored the 4x800 team that won the 2015 New Balance Nationals Outdoor meet in a time of 8:59.83, as well as the third-place finishing 4x400 relay…during the 2016 New Balance Nationals Outdoor meet, placed fourth in the 800, posting a time of 2:07.03…claimed the 2016 Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) 800-meter title in a record time of 2:07.42 after finishing as the runner up at the same distance one year earlier…garnered 2016 News Herald Track & Field Athlete of the Year accolades…graduated as Ashtabula County record holder for 400 meters, 800 meters, 4x400 and 4x800, as well as school record holder in the 200, 400, 800, 1,600, 3,200 and 5,000…received a “Key to the City” from the Geneva City Council in 2015 for accomplishments on the track…also lettered three years in soccer, earning first team All Patriot Athletic Conference (PAC) and All-County honors in 2013 and 2014…fourth in the 2016 graduating class…served as treasurer of National Honor Society…held the position of school editor for the local newspaper, Star Beacon…selected for the Athletics Booster Award after submitting an essay on the subject of “How sports changed your life at Geneva High School.”
