Each individual issued a credential (“Holder”) for access to any Duke University Athletics game or related events agrees to the following:
A credential is issued to the Holder for the sole purpose of operational access to Duke Athletics events for a legitimate working function in conjunction with the event. Proof of identification must be presented upon request. The Holder shall clearly display the issued credential at all times and consents to the reasonable inspection of their person and property before entering the venue.
This credential is non-transferable. Unauthorized use subjects the credential bearer to ejection from the venue and revocation of credential privileges of the Holder.
While within the venue, the Holder is subject to the direction and/or supervision of Duke Athletics and its designated agents. The Holder and their employer assume all risks and liabilities during its use.
This credential does not constitute a seat in the venue or premium areas without appropriate ticket. This credential does not constitute a seat in press areas without assignment by Duke Athletics Communications. Violators are subject to revocation of credential privileges.
Escort privileges (as applicable) permit the Holder to escort ticketed guests into restricted access areas for working purposes only. The Holder must remain with their escorted guests. The Holder may not escort individuals without appropriate tickets into a venue. Violators are subject to revocation of escort privileges.
Any non-editorial, commercial or other unauthorized use of any transmission, picture, film, videotape, audiotape or other depiction or description of any game, game action, game information, postgame or pregame interview or other event activity is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from Duke Athletics. The Holder must abide by all foregoing conditions as well as ACC & NCAA rules including restriction on the use of photographs or video of student-athletes. If approval is granted, any commercial use of images and depictions of the game are subject to licensing and rights fees.
Reminders for Holders:
Pre-game only Brooks Field access ends with 20 minutes remaining on the pre-game clock.
Sideline and Brooks Field access restricted to credentialed personnel age 16 or older beginning with 20 minutes remaining on the pre-game clock. Restrictions in place through end of game.
Per NCAA Rule, only pre-identified team personnel are permitted inside the Team Bench Area.
Game Day Media, Photo/Video, Radio:
All credential requests for game day media must be submitted to Duke Athletics Communications.
Media entrance to Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium is located at the northwest gate. Media Will Call is located at the Powers Gate Ticket Booth on Frank Bassett Drive.
Media entrance and Blue Devil Tower press box open 2.5 hours prior kickoff.
Media Will Call opens 2 hours prior to kickoff. Proof of identification required for credential will call.
Radio crews contact Duke Athletics Communications to coordinate booth load-in.
Blue Devil Tower press box closes 3.5 hours post game.
Media, photo/video (including team content) are required to remain behind the yellow limit line at all times.
Vests are required for all sideline photo/video. Vest pick-up is located at the Blue Devil Tower Press Level Service Desk.
Reminders for Holders with Escort Policies:
Holders may not escort individuals without appropriate tickets or credentials into Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium. Exceptions for emergency maintenance or other operational scenarios will be communicated through the command center.
NCAA rules regarding permissible prospect access on game day apply to all escorted guests.
Holders must always remain with their escorted guests within restricted access areas.
Escort privileges do not extend food & drink service to guests in premium areas (Blue Devil Tower DeJoy Family Club & Suite Level and Devils Deck) or press level.
Holders escorting guests into Blue Devil Tower must sign their guests in/out at the press entrance behind Section 22 and receive a guest pass. Limited guest passes are available. Escorts are not permitted if all guest passes are signed out.
Sideline age restrictions apply to escorted guests beginning with 20 minutes remaining on the pre-game clock.
Game Day Media, Photo/Video, Radio:
All credential requests for game day media must be submitted to Duke Athletics Communications.
Media entrance to Cameron Indoor Stadium is located at the Champions Club Entrance of Rubenstein Pavilion. Media Will Call is located at the Scott Family Athletic Performance Center Ticket Office across from Rubenstein Pavilion.
Media entrance, Media Will Call and Bill Brill Media Room open 3 hours prior to tipoff. Proof of identification required for credential will call.

ACC Championships are governed by the conditions placed on distribution and use of credentials by the Atlantic Coast Conference.
All working media and photographer/videographer credential requests must be submitted to the designated ACC or Duke Athletics Communications contact for the championship.
Duke Athletics staff credentials may not be valid for some ACC Championship events. Credential guidelines will be communicated by Duke Game Operations.
NCAA Championships are governed by the conditions placed on the distribution and use of credentials by the NCAA.
All working media and photographer/videographer credential requests must be submitted as stipulated by the NCAA and communicated by the Duke Athletics Communications host media coordinator.
The Holder agrees to conditions placed on the use of credentials as published on ncaa.com/media and the NCAA Championships Footage Usage and Licensing Policies, NCAA Audio Policies, and NCAA Championships Team Videographer Policy (as applicable).
Duke Athletics staff credentials may not be valid for some NCAA Championship events. Credential guidelines will be communicated by Duke Game Operations.
