Carol Vergis has been with Duke Athletics since 2013 and brings over a decade of experience in sporting and special events. She spent most of her time at Duke managing a variety of internal special events and game day events before transitioning into her current sales role. She promises to see your event and vision through with creativity and passion to make sure the final product is flawless and unforgettable.
With over 10 years of experience in collegiate athletics, ranging from coaching, event operation, and facilities. Pat Tracy joined Duke Athletics in 2021, and his primary responsibilities are with outdoor hospitality and tailgating. With a diverse skillset, Pat will find a way to provide an excellent experience for you and your party.
Jane brings 25 years of management experience across multiple industries - 12 of which were in catering and food service with private and public universities and restaurant banquet hall. She strives to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. Her strengths lie in training and development. She is an animal lover and travel enthusiast. Jane is a native Floridian but prefers colder climates.
Chef Matthew began his career on Wall Street where he specialized in fine dining. After six successful years, he returned to his birthplace of North Carolina where he spent nine years working with local restaurants crafting menus that focused on made-from-scratch dishes that used local organic ingredients. He officially joined Trident Provisions in 2017. On any given day, he can be found preparing his favorite vegetarian dishes with sustainable, local ingredients.
