Upcoming Event: Women's Soccer versus Wake Forest on August 5, 2026 at 7 p.m.

DURHAM, N.C. – Three of the best in Duke women's soccer history will be donning the Red, White and Blue, as former Blue Devils Imani Dorsey, Schuyler DeBree and Toni Payne were named to the United State U-23 squad for the upcoming Nordic Tournament, Aug. 29 – Sept. 3.
The squad will participate in the Women’s U-23 Nordic Tournament during the FIFA International Break, taking on Norway, Sweden and England. The USA will open its tournament against Sweden on Aug. 29 at Sarpsborg Stadium in Sarpsborg and then will face England on Aug. 31 in Fredrikstad Stadium in Fredrikstad. The USA’s final match, against Norway on Sept. 3, will also be played at Sarpsborg Stadium.
Dorsey has seen time in 11 matches and made 10 starts this year after receiving her first full pro contract June 15. In 868 total minutes of action, The 2017 ACC Offensive Player of the Year and United Soccer Coaches National Scholar-Athlete of the Year has recorded three goals on 20 shots (14 SOG) and one assist.
DeBree, who signed with AC Sparta Praha this summer, has made the start in both of the club's two 1. Ligue Women matches. The reigning ACC Defensive player has helped lead her squad to wins in the two matches, putting them atop the league table early in the season.
Payne signed with Sevilla FC in July after a season at AFC Ajax, where she helped the squad capture the female Eredivisie title and the KNVB Beker crowns. The former All-ACC star is set to begin her first year with the new squad when they open the season on Sept. 18 against Albacete.
