DURHAM, N.C. - Duke freshman running back Kyle Griswould sat down with GoDuke.com on Wednesday to discuss following in his father's footsteps and what card games he enjoys.

GoDuke.com: Why Did You Choose Duke?
Kyle Griswould: I chose Duke because it was a different atmosphere and because of Coach Cutcliffe and his really good coaching staff. I also wanted to help turn this program around like Coach Cutcliffe has been saying.
GD: Any Brothers or Sisters?
KG: I have an older brother who went to the University of West Georgia and is now a substitute teacher and is working at a bank.
GD: What number did you wear in high school?
KG: No. 5 ... Since I have it now I am going to live up to it. I have had the same number since I first started playing football.
GD: What sport would you play besides football?
KG: Basketball.
GD: What was your favorite NFL team and player growing up?
KG: My favorite NFL team growing up was the Atlanta Falcons. My favorite player was Jacques Green who played for Tampa Bay and went to school at Florida.
GD: What websites do you visit most?
KG: Scout.com and AllHipHop.com
GD: What do you like to do outside of football?
KG: Video games, playing cards (spades and tonk) and rapping.
GD: Who is your roommate this year?
KG: John Drew
GD: After football what job would you like to have?
KG: I have thought about majoring in architectural engineering but I might change it to sociology and criminal justice so I can be a police officer like my father.
GD: What is your best talent?
KG: I am very creative. I have the ability to see stuff and remember it just like it is. I also use my imagination and draw things.
