Upcoming Event: Men's Golf versus NCAA Regional on May 18, 2026

DURHAM, N.C. ? Senior Laura Suchoski was named to the ACC Championship All-Tournament team, it was announced following Sunday’s conference championship game at Jack Katz Stadium on Duke’s campus.
Suchoski, a team captain, was honored for her play in the tournament ? which was won Sunday by the top-seeded University of Maryland, defeating Wake Forest, 4-3, to capture their seventh ACC championship in school history. Suchoski fired one shot in Duke’s 5-2 first-round loss to Virginia on Thursday afternoon.
Through 19 contests in 2008, Suchoski has started all of them for the Blue Devils, netting three goals and adding nine assists ? good for second-best on the team ? for 15 points at the helm of the Duke midfield. Suchoski was also one of three Duke players named to the All-ACC squad earlier this week for her play during the regular season, the third such honor of her career.
Suchoski is a three-time All-America selection, three-time NCAA All-South Region honoree, and a two-time NCAA All-Tournament team member. She was also selected to play in the 2008 Senior All-Star Game Nov. 22 in Louisville, the site of the national championship game.
The all-tournament honor is the first of her career.
