DURHAM, N.C. – Recent Duke women's soccer graduate and current member of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL)'s Houston Dash,
Kat Rader, has been selected to participate in the first United States Under-23 Women's National Team training camp of 2026.
The camp will run Feb. 27 through March 7 in Miami, Florida.
The training camp will conclude with two matches against the Mexico U-23 Women's National Team March 3 (noon ET) and March 6 (2 p.m. ET) at FIU Soccer Stadium in Miami. Both matches are open and free to the public.
Rader, who hails from Stuart, Florida, has extensive experience with U.S. Soccer as she was a member of the U.S. Youth National Team pool since 2018 with U-14, U-15, U-16, U-18 and U-20. She has traveled to Colombia, England and the Netherlands with different teams over the years.
Over the last four seasons, Rader posted an impressive career with the Blue Devils, totaling 32 goals, 20 assists and 84 points as she started 61-of-65 contests. She concluded her Duke career by earning both United Soccer Coaches All-America and College Sports Communicators Academic All-America accolades and being named a Hermann Award Semifinalist. As a senior, she totaled 12 goals and 12 assists for 36 points, while adding four game-winning tallies.
Rader signed with the Houston Dash Jan 7, 2026, following helping lead Duke to the NCAA College Cup in back-to-back seasons.
