Morris Jr. Named to Bruce Feldman's 2025 'Freaks List'

DURHAM, N.C. – Duke graduate linebacker Nick Morris Jr. was named to Bruce Feldman's 2025 college football "Freaks List," as released by The Athletic Monday. Morris Jr. is ranked No. 69 overall on Feldman's top 101 listing.
Morris Jr. returns to the Freaks List, and to the field, in 2025. His 2024 campaign was over almost as soon as it began as he suffered a season-ending injury in the season opener against Elon. In 20 career games (six starts), Morris Jr. has recorded 75 tackles, 3.0 tackles for loss, 1.0 sack and one fumble recovery.
The 6-3, 238-pound native of Fairfield, Conn., turned in impressive numbers this summer:
- 40 inch vertical jump
- 10-2 1/4 broad jump
- 21.73 mph on the GPS
- 4.28 shuttle time
- 6.72 three-cone drill
- 415 bench press
- 573 squat
- 366 power clean
