In addition to the All-America honors achieved by the Blue Devils on Wednesday, freshman

TOP PERFORMANCES:
- Toro kicked off the day's events for Duke in the men's hammer throw and turned in a top-10 finish to lock up the first All-America honor of his career. The sophomore came out of the gates hot and delivered his best throw of the competition on his opening attempt, launching the hammer 68.94m (226-2 feet) to place eighth overall.
- Guttormsen delivered another steady showing in the men's pole vault and collected his third top-five finish this season through four outdoor meets. Guttormsen took on two heights and cleared them on his third and first attempts, respectively, before bowing out with a final mark of 5.53m (18-1.75 feet).
- Taylor kept his sensational rookie campaign going and locked up a spot in the finals of the 400m, dashing the fastest time of his heat – 45.34 seconds – to earn the automatic bid. His mark was the top time among all freshmen in the event and the fifth fastest of the entire field.
- Rounding out the evening was the men's 4x400m which saw the Blue Devil contingent blaze their fastest time of the season en route to garnering second-team all-america status. Duke's foursome of Taylor, TJ Clayton, Michael Bennett and Callum Robinson clocked a season best of 3:04.28 and placed 13th overall, while improving their own school record in the process.
