- Malau'ulu added another run in the top of the fourth, scoring on a sacrifice fly to left field from redshirt junior Jada Baker, to make it a 6-0 game. Malau'ulu drew a leadoff walk before advancing to third on a wild pitch and stolen base.
- Duke tacked on three more runs in the top of the sixth, using a pair of RBI-singles from Gold and Baker and a groundout from junior Aleyah Terrell to stretch a 9-0 gap.
- Mike sat down the final three batters in the home half to secure the run-rule victory.
