An Academic All-ACC honoree, Parker II started all 13 games in 2024, 12 at right tackle and one at left tackle. He was graded by PFF as having the fifth-highest pass blocking grade among Power 4 tackles (85.5) and the highest in the ACC. According to PFF, he played the most pass blocking snaps nationally without allowing a sack in 2024 with 515, surrendering just one hit and nine hurries.

Parker II was key to an offensive line that ranked second in the ACC, and tied for ninth nationally, in fewest sacks allowed per game (0.92). He helped Duke not yield a sack in the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl to an Ole Miss team that entered the contest averaging 4.33 sacks per game.
A 6-5, 300-pound native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Parker II was part of a unit that allowed 72.0 tackles, with just 234 yards lost, the fourth-lowest total in the ACC. He provided pass protection for Maalik Murphy to throw for a Duke single-season record 26 touchdowns.
As PFF notes, "His 84.9 pass-blocking grade since 2023 is tied for 12th among all offensive tackles in America and is the top mark of any returning ones. Parker's 2.5% pressure rate allowed and 0.4% knockdown rate in that span are each top-15 marks in the nation as well. He's arguably the best returning pass protector in America and will be vital for new quarterback Darian Mensah's development."
Parker II and the Blue Devils open the 2025 season by hosting Elon on August 30.Â
