Duke led all member institutions with 40 All-ACC Academic selections, followed by Stanford (38), Wake Forest (35), Clemson (31), Florida State (30), Virginia (24), Virginia Tech (20), Pittsburgh (19), California (19), Syracuse (17), Louisville (16), Boston College (15), North Carolina (15), Miami (15), Georgia Tech (13), SMU (10) and NC State (9).
Over the last 13 seasons (2012-24), Duke has produced a conference-best 232 All-ACC Academic selections.
To be eligible for consideration, student-athletes must have a 3.0 grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career. In addition, student-athletes must have competed in at least 50 percent of their team's contests during the season. The league has selected an All-ACC Academic Football team every year since 1954.
