DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke volleyball team had 13 members named to the 2024 All-ACC Academic Team, as announced by the league office Thursday.
The Blue Devils honored were
Christina Barrow,
Mailinh Godschall,
Breonna Goss,
Avery Hamlin,
Lauren Ingram,
Kerry Keefe,
Millie Muir,
Grace Penn,
Nikki Quinn,
Rachel Richardson,
Sydney Tomlak,
Nikki Underwood and
Taylor Williams.
All 18 ACC teams had representatives on the academic team. Duke led all schools with 13 selections, followed by SMU (12), Stanford (11), Boston College (10), Clemson (10), Notre Dame (10), Syracuse (10), Virginia Tech (10), Wake Forest (10), Louisville (9), Miami (9), North Carolina (9), Pitt (8), Virginia (8), Cal (7), Florida State (7), Georgia Tech (7) and NC State (7).
Academic requirements for selection to the All-ACC Academic Team are a 3.0-grade point average for the previous semester and a 3.0 cumulative average during one's academic career. In addition, student-athletes must compete in at least 50 percent of their team's contests.
The Blue Devils finished the 2024 campaign 10-21 overall and 6-14 in conference play.
The ACC Honor Roll, which recognizes all conference student-athletes with a grade point average of 3.0 for the current academic year, will be released in July.
