DURHAM, N.C. – Duke men's tennis head coach
Ramsey Smith announced the team's 2026 spring schedule. The slate features 10 home matches, a trip to Raleigh for the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Kickoff Weekend and three consecutive SEC road matches.
The Blue Devils kick off the campaign with three matches over three days, hosting Elon January 16 before a doubleheader January 18 with James Madison and NC Central. Duke then heads to NC State for the ITA Kickoff Weekend January 23-24. The Blue Devils will face the Wolfpack and then either Tennessee or Texas A&M.
Duke then heads on a four-match road trip to Illinois (January 30), Kentucky (February 1), Georgia (February 6) and South Carolina (February 8). If the Blue Devils win their ITA Kickoff Weekend, they will advance to the National Team Indoors in Dallas the weekend of February 13-16. The Blue Devils conclude February and begin conference play with a visit from Cal on the 27th.
Duke stays in Durham to open March with a visit from ACC foe Stanford on the 1st. Consecutive road conference weekends are next, at SMU (March 6), Boston College (March 8), Virginia (March 13) and Virginia Tech (March 15).
The Blue Devils settle back home for four ACC clashes, welcoming Georgia Tech on March 20 and Clemson on March 22. Duke ends the month with visits from NC State (March 27) and Wake Forest (March 29).
Duke makes a Florida swing to kick off April, visiting Florida State on April 3 and Miami on April 5. Duke concludes the regular season against North Carolina on April 11.
The Cary Tennis Park in Cary, N.C., will serve as the host site for the ACC Men's Tennis Championships from April 16-19.
The NCAA Tournament opens with the NCAA First and Second Rounds on May 1-3 with the winners advancing to the NCAA Super Regionals on May 9. All three rounds will be at select campus sites. The winners of the Super Regionals will advance to the NCAA Team Championships in Athens, Ga., from May 14-17.
