The February Five
Duke opens the season by hosting Bellarmine Feb. 1. The Blue Devils and Knights meet in the season opener for the second consecutive season with Duke sporting a 4-0 all-time record. Duke makes its first road trip the next weekend, traveling to Jacksonville for the 15th consecutive meeting with the Dolphins.
The Blue Devils close out the month with three major tests against Saint Joseph's, Michigan and Princeton. The matchup with the Wolverines will be the first regular-season game between the two schools, while Duke takes on Princeton for the second straight year and 10th time overall.
Home and Away in March
Duke starts the month of March with the backend of the Ivy League weekend with Penn. It is the second consecutive year the Ivy League powers have traveled to North Carolina for contests against the Tar Heels and Blue Devils. The Blue Devils split the games last season, falling to Penn before rebounding with a convincing victory against Princeton.
Following a pair of home games against Air Force (March 8) and Providence (March 12), the Blue Devils hit the road for the next four matches with the first three closing out the month.
A Saturday afternoon matchup at Richmond comes March 15 and a week later Duke heads to the Lonestar State for a neutral match against Denver. The Blue Devils end the month with a bang, opening conference action against two-time reigning champion Notre Dame at Arlotta Stadium.
ACC April with a Trip to Beantown
April opens with a trip to Boston to play Boston University out of the Patriot League. It will be the first meeting between the Blue Devils and Terriers since 2018. Duke caps April with the gauntlet that is the ACC. North Carolina visits Koskinen Stadium April 12, while the Orange come to town the following weekend. Duke fell to both in the regular season last year. The Blue Devils hit the road to Charlottesville for the 90th meeting with the Cavaliers April 26.
ACC Championship Returns to Charlotte
The ACC Championship is back in Charlotte for the second consecutive year. The top four teams earn spots to battle for the conference crown May 3-5 at American Legion Memorial Stadium.
