DURHAM, N.C. – Dates for the Duke Football Radio Show with Manny Diaz at the Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club have been announced.

The first show is Tuesday, Aug. 27th at 7 p.m. in the Vista Restaurant. Diaz enters his first year at the helm of the Blue Devil program. In his 26 years of coaching, three have been spent as a head coach and 15 as a defensive coordinator, including 10 at the FBS Power 5 level. Diaz has coached in 21 bowl games, including two BCS national championship games, and led the Miami Hurricanes to three consecutive bowl appearances during his time as head coach. David Shumate, who enters his eighth year working with the football program, hosts the show with Diaz.Â

The show, a production of the Blue Devil Sports Network from LEARFIELD, is broadcast locally on WRAL News+ (96.5 FM in Durham and 99.3 FM in Raleigh) and The Buzz (620 AM and 1550 AM). It is also available on Blue Devil Sports Network affiliates across the state and the Varsity Network mobile app. In addition, fans can watch the show on Facebook Live via the Duke Football Facebook page. A replay of the broadcast will be available the following day for those that subscribe to The All 22 podcast platform.Â

Duke's 2024 season opener is slated for Friday, August 30 when it welcomes Elon to Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium for a 7:30 p.m. kickoff.
