Quotes
- "Tennis players are obviously used to that kind of stuff, starting and restarting and starting late, but I mean coming in here is definitely an advantage for North Carolina. They've been one of the best indoor teams over the last six years and they've won National Indoors six out of the last seven years. We were in a position where we had to fight back in some matches and it's definitely not why we lost, moving indoors, but definitely gave them a little bit of an advantage, getting to play some quicker points and faster points and that kind of stuff. Again though, we can hang with anybody for an hour and a half, we just have to keep pushing through in those kinds of matches."-- Duke head coach Jamie Ashworth on the rain delay and moving indoors
- "I thought we gave ourselves opportunities and I think again we've got to be able to stay disciplined as matches wear on. We can compete with anybody, we can play with anybody, but when it gets to those crucial moments, what we do with our decision-making.I'm happy with where we are and we're playing better than we were two weeks ago and we have another shot two weeks from today to play again. So we'll see what happens."-- Duke head coach Jamie Ashworth
- "You've have to get through finals first, but they just have to stay the course with what we've been doing and what we've been working on. Two weeks is a long break and we haven't had a two week break since the middle of February so we have to make sure to take advantage of that time and use each other to compete and use each other to be competitive in practice. That's the biggest thing, because we don't want to lose our competitive edge in that two week time period."-- Duke head coach Jamie Ashworth
