DURHAM - Sixth-ranked Duke softball begins a four-game road swing on Tuesday, traveling to Lynchburg, Va., to face Liberty in a non-conference matchup. First pitch is set for 4 p.m.
Duke (19-1, 3-0 ACC) carries a 19-game winning streak into Tuesday's contest, the second-longest active streak in the nation behind LSU's 22 games. As a team, the Blue Devils lead the NCAA with a 0.73 ERA and rank fifth with a 0.359 batting average. Duke joins No. 1 Oklahoma, No. 2 Texas and No. 13 Florida as the four Division I teams that rank in the top-10 nationally in both ERA and batting average.
Liberty enters the matchup with an 11-11 record, including a 5-0 mark at Liberty Softball Stadium. The Flames are coming off a conference series win over FIU last weekend, besting the Panthers in a pair of one-run games before falling 10-2 in five innings on Sunday.

Duke leads the all-time series, 4-2, after meeting for the first time in 2019. The programs met twice last season with the Blue Devils collecting both wins after defeating the Flames, 8-5, in the Mark Campbell Invitational and a 7-2 victory at Duke Softball Stadium.
