Jordan Moore and Freeman both earned all-conference citations for the second time in their careers while the rest of the Blue Devils were first-time honorees.

The All-ACC teams were chosen by a voting panel of 54 media members and each of the league's 17 head coaches for a total of 71 voters. Three points were awarded for each first-team vote, two points for each second-team vote, and one point for each third-team selection.

Rivers, a 5-10, 180-pound junior from Beaumont, Texas, is rated as the No. 2 defender among Power 4 student-athletes byÂ
Pro Football Focus (
PFF). The October 22 ACC Defensive Back of the Week following Duke's victory against Florida State, Rivers finished the regular season with 52 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss, 1.0 sack, three interceptions, nine pass breakups, two caused fumbles, two quarterback pressures and one fumble recovery. He tied for first in the ACC in league games in interceptions (three) and passes defended (12). He is also tied for fifth among active FBS players in career pick-6s with two.Â

Parker II and Krings were key members of an offensive line that ranks second in the ACC in fewest sacks allowed per game (1.00). The two provided pass protection for quarterbackÂ
Maalik Murphy, who has already thrown for a Duke single-season record 26 touchdown passes. Parker II, a 6-5, 300-pound redshirt sophomore from Cincinnati, Ohio, isÂ
PFF's No. 1 ranked tackle in the ACC, No. 3 ranked pass blocker and No. 7 ranked run blocker. Krings, a 6-3, 317-pound graduate student from Fayetteville, N.C., was named to theÂ
Rivals.com Midseason Transfer All-America Team. He finished the regular season asÂ
PFF's No. 5 offensive guard in the ACC.
Charles, a 6-0, 280-pound graduate student from Orange Park, Fla., capped his final collegiate regular season with 49 tackles, 7.0 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, one quarterback pressure, one fumble recovery and one pass breakup. He booked 10 or more tackles twice, against No. 22 SMU and Virginia Tech.Â
Terry Moore, a 6-1, 200-pound junior from Washington, N.C., started all 12 games and finished with 70 tackles, 7.0 tackles for loss, 1.0 sack, three interceptions, six pass breakups and two caused fumbles. He ownsÂ
PFF'sNo. 1 coverage grade in the ACC and is the organization's No. 2 ranked defender in the ACC, trailing only Rivers. Moore stands second on the team in tackles in ACC games with 53 and tied for fifth in the league in interceptions (three).

Jordan Moore, a 6-0, 195-pound graduate student from Sykesville, Md., capped an outstanding career with 50 catches, 798 yards (15.96 yards/reception) and seven touchdowns. He stands fifth in the ACC in touchdown catches and 10th in total receiving yards. He walked off Wake Forest in his final regular season game with a 39-yard touchdown to give Duke a 23-17 victory. On Duke's career charts, he will enter the bowl game ranked seventh in receiving touchdowns and receptions, 11th in yards and tied for 11th in 100-yard receiving games.

Pancol, a 6-3, 205-pound graduate student from Pendleton, Ind., started all 12 games and caught 55 passes for 741 yards and nine touchdowns. His nine receiving scores lead the Blue Devils and are tied for third in the ACC. Against No. 22 SMU, Pancol set a career-high with 11 receptions and 138 receiving yards. On Senior Night versus Virginia Tech, Pancol set a career-high with three touchdown catches and 188 receiving yards, including an 86-yard touchdown catch and run. He was named the ACC Receiver of the Week for his accomplishments against the Hokies. Pancol also received the ACC Brian Piccolo Award as the league's comeback player of the year.Â

Nicholas, a 6-2, 225-pound graduate student from Encinitas, Calif., appeared in all 12Â games this season, registering a team-high 89 tackles to go along with 3.5 tackles for loss, four quarterback pressures, two caused fumbles, two fumble recoveries, two pass breakups and one interception. Among ACC linebackers, he ownsÂ
PFF's No. 2 run defense grade. Nicholas was tabbed the October 22 ACC Linebacker of the Week following Duke's victory against Florida State, after forcing a fumble and intercepting a pass on consecutive plays. He ranks ninth in the league in total tackles and fifth in tackles in just league games with 72.Â
Williams, a 6-3, 245-pound redshirt sophomore from Gainesville, Va., had his most productive year as a Blue Devil with 47 tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks, seven quarterback pressures, two pass breakups, one caused fumble and one safety. He finished the regular season ranked eighth in ACC in tackles for loss and fifth in sacks. Williams provided Duke's first two points at NC State with his first career safety, dropping CJ Bailey in the end zone. He is also tied for fourth nationally with two blocked kicks.

Hall, a 6-4, 290-pound redshirt junior from Durham, N.C., has tallied 41 tackles, 8.0 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, five quarterback pressures and two pass breakups so far this season. A team captain, Hall provided leadership on defense that extended far beyond his position room.Â

Howard, a 6-2, 230-pound graduate student from Cincinnati, Ohio, completed the regular season with 80 tackles, 13.0 tackles for loss, 6.0 sacks, four quarterback pressures and one fumble recovery. He stands second on team in total tackles and TFL. Howard also ranks ninth in ACC in tackles for loss and 14th in sacks.

Freeman, a 6-0, 230-pound redshirt junior from Durham, N.C., booked 64 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, 0.5 sack, two interceptions, two quarterback pressures, two fumble recoveries, two pass breakups and one caused fumble. He finished tied for seventh in the ACC in interceptions in only league games with two. He sealed the victory against North Carolina, completing Duke's 20-point comeback with an interception to end the Tar Heels' final drive. Freeman also had one of his finest performances against No. 22 SMU with an interception, pass breakup, caused fumble and fumble recovery.

Stinson, a 5-8, 177-pound redshirt senior from Opelika, Ala., has played in an incredible 61 games during his Duke career and was always near the football. He tallied 63 tackles, 4.0 tackles for loss, 1.5 sacks, eight pass breakups, three quarterback pressures and one caused fumble this season. He booked five or more tackles in seven ACC games and broke up three passes on Senior Night versus Virginia Tech.

Reynoldson, a 6-0, 185-pound freshman from Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, punted 70 times for 3,069 yards (43.84 yards/punt) with 25 downed inside the 20-yard line and 16 boots of 50 or more yards. He was named to theÂ
247Sports MidseaÂson True Freshman All-American Team and twice earned a spot on the Ray Guy Award "Ray's 8" list. At NC State, Reynoldson's career-long 63-yard punt pinned the Wolfpack at their own four-yard line and set up a Duke safety.Â

Brown, a 5-8, 165-pound redshirt freshman from Winston-Salem, N.C., returned 24 punts for 233 yards (9.71 yards/return) with a long of 24 yards. He finished first in ACC play in punt return yards and punt return average while standing third in total punt returns.
