The matchup is the second regular-season meeting between Duke and Georgia Tech, with the Yellow Jackets holding home court in the first contest, 72-68, in Atlanta on Dec. 2, 2023.Â
Duke owns a 77-25 advantage in the overall series, and has won 12 straight home games against the Yellow Jackets.Â
Kyle Filipowksi led all scorers in Duke's road win at Pittsburgh with 26 points on 11-of-12 shooting from the field and capped off his fifth double-double of the season with 10 rebounds.
Filipowski's efforts marked the best shooting performance by a Blue Devil with at least 10 attempts since Zion Williamson finished 13-of-13 against Syracuse on March 14, 2019.
Jared McCain has reached the 20-point mark in three of the last seven games, averaging 17.1 points per contest during Duke's current seven-game win streak.
In the past nine games, Jeremy Roach has distributed 34 assists with just seven turnovers.
Among ACC leaders, Kyle Filipowski ranks eighth in scoring (17.4 ppg), fifth in rebounding (8.6 rpg), fourth in blocked shots (1.9 bpg) and fifth in field goal percentage (.530).

Georgia Tech tops the ACC and ranks 37th in the nation with an average of 40.3 rebounds per contest.
The Jackets have three players averaging double-digit scoring, led by Miles Kelly's 15.6 points per game. Baye Ndongo contributes 12.6 points, 9.2 rebounds and 1.3 blocks per outing.
Damon Stoudamire is in his first year as head coach of the Georgia Tech program, after being hired in March of this year.
Duke is 27-10 overall on Jan. 13, and has posted a 9-2 record since 1997.
Duke owns an 18-4 home record on this date, having won six of the last seven contests inside Cameron Indoor Stadium dating back to 1997.

Caleb Foster distributed a career-best seven assists, while adding eight points.
Scheyer Tops Duke Head Coaches in First 50 Games
Jon Scheyer coached his 50th game at the helm of the program at Notre Dame on Jan. 6.Â
Scheyer posted a record of 38-12 in his first 50 games – the most wins by a Duke head coach through their first 50 contests.
Flip Doubles Up on Double-Doubles
Sophomore Kyle Filipowski has tallied double-doubles in five of Duke's last 10 games, moving his career total to 21 double-doubles in 51 games played.
So far this season, the Westtown, New York, native has upped his shooting average compared to his freshman campaign. The 7-footer is averaging 17.4 points per game while shooting 53.0% from the field, up from 44.1% during the 2022-23 season.
Filipowski scored 26 points on 11-of-12 shooting from the field at Pittsburgh (Jan. 9), marking the best shooting performance by a Blue Devil with at least 10 attempts since Zion Williamson finished 13-of-13 against Syracuse on March 14, 2019.
The versatile big is also well on pace to step up his assist and block numbers. Filipowski has tallied 44 dimes (56 in 2022-23) and has already blocked 29 shots, after swatting a total of 26 attempts during his freshman year.
Taking Care of the Rock
Through 15 games, Duke has been one of the best teams in the country at limiting turnovers.
Duke ranks ninth nationally in assist/turnover ratio (1.76) and 15th in fewest turnovers per game (9.5).Â
According to KenPom, the Blue Devils currently have the 14th-lowest turnover percentage nationally, coming in at 13.8%.
Tyrese Proctor ranks second in the ACC and 21st nationally in assist/turnover ratio at 3.25, while Jeremy Roach is positioned third in the conference and 24th in the nation at 3.20.
Focus on Defense and Rebounding during Seven-Game Win Streak
After opening the season with a 5-3 record, head coach Jon Scheyer reaffirmed a focus on defense and rebounding.Â
Since then, the Blue Devils have won seven in-a-row, held the opposition to just 63.0 points per game, forced 14.0 turnovers per contest and out-rebounded their opponents by 5.9 caroms per outing.
Although an emphasis on defense and rebounding, Duke's offensive production has also improved.
The Blue Devils have increased their scoring average by 2.1 points to 83.0 per game in the seven straight victories. Their shooting percentages have also improved across the board, connecting on 50.5% from the field (up from 47.6%), 41.8% from 3-point range (up from 33.3%) and 80.3% from the free-throw line (up from 70.4%).
Emergence of McCain
After averaging 7.6 points per outing in the first eight games of the season, Jared McCain has reached the 20-point mark in three of the last seven games, shooting 43-of-81 (53.1%) from the field, 21-of-46 (45.7%) from beyond the arc and 13-of-13 (100%) from the free-throw line to average 17.1 points per contest during that stretch.
The freshman guard scored a career-high 24 points on 9-of-14 shooting from the field, including 4-of-9 from long distance, to lead Duke to a 106-69 victory over Queens (Dec. 30).
Against Syracuse (Jan. 2), McCain nailed all four of his 3-point shots after intermission to finish with 18 points.Â
McCain has made two 3-pointers or more in 11 games this season. The Blue Devils are 11-0 when McCain makes at least two triples.
He has also contributed 3.6 rebounds and 1.9 assists per outing during Duke's current seven-game win streak.
Duke's Three-Point Streak
Duke has connected on at least one three-pointer in 1,204 straight games, the second-longest streak nationally.
It has been more than 30 years since Duke was held without a three-point field goal -- Dec. 30, 1989, versus Hawai'i.
The Blue Devils Have Won Nearly 85% of Games at Cameron Indoor Stadium
Duke has posted an all-time record of 954-172 (.847) at Cameron Indoor, that included a 572-76 (.883) record under Coach K.Â
Duke has won more games at its current home venue than any team in college basketball.
Now in its 85th season as the home of the Blue Devils, Duke has averaged 11.1 wins since the venue opened January 6, 1940 -- a 36-27 win over Princeton.
Sellout Streak Still Staying Strong
Duke has sold out 515 consecutive games at Cameron Indoor Stadium. The last time Duke did not have a sellout at home was on Nov. 16, 1990, against Boston College.Â
The sellout figure is the longest current streak (by time) in either men's college basketball or the NBA.
Duke's record at Cameron during the sellout streak is 468-47 (.909).
