Quotes
"I thought we played really clean doubles. NC State is known to have good doubles. We had to come out with energy and we had to come out hitting the ball with a lot of pace, which we are not a team that really hits the ball hard, but I thought we really took control of the match with that doubles [win]. I thought that we kind of knocked them back a little bit winning that doubles point. Just proud of our doubles effort all around, even the match that we didn't finish. We saved a match point there. We've done a really good job of not giving teams free points and not letting teams put points on the board across the board -- doubles or singles. Our doubles have been kind of plug and play the last couple of weeks and see who we can put in there. We've thrown Ellie [Coleman] in there the last couple of matches with Chloe [Beck] and switched some things around and things have worked out. I think that if you have good doubles, you can do that. If everyone understands what they're doing in practice, where they need to hit the ball and where they need to be. So, it's great to see them come out and play with that kind of energy at the start of a match like this and not really have any nerves to. That was good." -- Duke head coach
Jamie Ashworth
"Yeah, we haven't had that really. We've been up there in the rankings, but we haven't had that signature win and we needed a win like this. And to have it here - we talked a little bit about that after – we've really tried to make this place one of the toughest places in the country to play. And it's shown. A good, undefeated year at home in the regular season and now we have to take advantage of that. We've put ourselves in a good position and we need to take advantage. Obviously, we have one more regular season match and a lot on the line in that match too. So, we're excited for that opportunity. I love where we're at. I love our team. I love how they're working and love how they're competing. I told them after today it's so hard for teams to win points against us and when they do it takes a good two hours for them to do. So, I think that's a mark of a team that is out there competing really well and I love seeing it." -- Duke head coach
Jamie Ashworth
"When Georgia is on, swinging and healthy. That's the biggest thing is making sure she's healthy. I felt like at the start of the year we weren't complete as a team, because we just didn't have her practice daily. She's played such a big role and is vocal out there. It's been really great for her [to be back out there more]. For her to clinch a match like that. It's been a while since she's been in that position to actually clinch a match and so, to come up big with some big returns in that last game was huge." -- Duke head coach

"I think I had a bit more nerves today obviously, senior day and last ACC match at home. But all I was thinking was I have a great team behind me, we're all just looking to each other and they're really supporting me to try and get me through that match." -- Duke senior
Georgia Drummy
"When we play at home, we just have a great set of fans coming out to support and lots of family members as well. So, it's just definitely a treat playing undefeated here. And I mean, the coaches do a great job but making us all feel at home." -- Duke senior
