DURHAM – Duke softball has announced its fan promotions schedule for the upcoming 2023 season, starting with the home-opening doubleheader on Feb. 22 against Charleston Southern.
Bark in the Park
Bring your dog to the ballpark for a chance to be selected as the featured dog of the game. Admission is free to all Bark in the Park games.

Postgame Autographs
Duke softball will host postgame autographs in the outfield after four games this season. Fans are invited to bring an item to be signed by the team. Postgame autographs will take place:
- March 4 vs. Notre Dame
- March 11 vs. Louisville
- March 24 vs. Florida State
- April 22 vs. Georgia Tech
Sunday Runday
Kids in attendance will have the opportunity to run the bases after Duke softball games on Sundays. Sunday Runday will take place:
- March 5 vs. Notre Dame
- March 12 vs. Louisville
- March 26 vs. Florida State
- April 23 vs. Georgia Tech
Trading Cards Giveaway
Join Duke softball throughout the entire season to get a full set of 2023 trading cards. Cards will be given out at all home ACC Series:
- March 3-5 vs. Notre Dame: First Year Trading Cards
- March 10-12 vs. Louisville: Sophomore Trading Cards
- March 24-26 vs. Florida State: Junior Trading Cards

Strike Out Cancer Weekend
Join Duke softball as they look to Strike Out Cancer March 3-5 against Notre Dame. Throughout the weekend, Duke Softball will celebrate the life of Greg Dale, a beloved member of the Duke softball support staff, who passed away in November 2022 after battling gastric cancer.
Duke softball will be raising awareness and funds to support the Duke Cancer Institute and Duke Children's Hospital. All donations made will go to supporting families, patients, and research.

- March 4 – Pediatric Cancer & Team IMPACT Recognition
- March 5 – Breast Cancer awareness

Pride Game
Celebrate LGBTQ+ Pride with Duke softball Wednesday, April 12 in a doubleheader against East Carolina with giveaways and a celebration of the LGBTQ+ community. The first pitch is set for 4 p.m.
Youth Day
All kids in attendance on Tuesday, March 21 against Liberty will receive a Duke softball lanyard while supplies last. Kids will be invited to join the team on the field for starting lineups, guest PA announcing, and more. Email

Mental Health Awareness
Mental Health Awareness is important on and off the field. Join us as we help to break the stigma surrounding mental health and recognize the work of Morgan's Message Sunday, March 26, as Duke faces Florida State at 12 p.m.
