DURHAM – Chicago Bears offensive lineman Lucas Patrick and rookie cornerback Josh Blackwellhighlighted the 12 former Blue Devils that appeared during the third week of play in the National Football League.
Patrick started his first game at right guard for the Bears this season, while Blackwell saw action in his third contest to help Chicago defeat Houston, 23-20, at Soldier Field, and improve to 2-1 on the year.
Indianapolis Colts running back Deon Jackson saw action on special teams in week three against his old teammate Noah Gray and the Kansas City Chiefs. Gray recorded one reception for 26 yards as the Colts beat the Chiefs, 20-17.
