DURHAM – With just one week remaining in the 2022 Athletes Unlimited softball season, Duke softball alumna

Sydney Romero recently completed another successful week of play.
St. George pitched in all three games over the past week for Team Jaquish, throwing 8.1 innings and tallying eight strikeouts. The Mechanicsville, Va., native started the final game of the weekend against Romero's Team Mulipola, matching her career high of four strikeouts over four innings.
Romero hit .375 with a double and two RBI over the weekend, starting all three games. Romero has now tallied hits in 11 of her 12 games over the past four weeks.
Romero finished in third place in total points among her teammates on Team Mulipola with 316 points and moved up eight spots on the overall leaderboard to 21st. St. George finished the week with 76 points on Team Jaquish.
Romero and St. George will compete for the final time this weekend on Team Mulipola and Team McCleney and match up on Friday, Aug. 26 at 8 p.m. ET.
