DURHAM – Duke is set to host its Blue & White game at 6 p.m. on Saturday at Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium.
This will be the first chance football fans will have to see the Blue Devils in person under head coach Mike Elko. Before heading to the stadium, fans are encouraged to come to campus early and enjoy a full day of Duke Athletics fun, including baseball taking on Notre Dame at Jack Coombs Field at 12:00 p.m. and women's lacrosse hosting Boston College at 1:00 p.m. at Koskinen Stadium.
Saturday's football game will feature Duke's team split into two squads and will run like a normal contest in term of scoring, penalties, downs, etc. The goal is to run four 15-minute quarters with a 12-minute halftime but there is a potential for a running clock in the second half to ensure the game ends by 8 p.m.
Fans that are not able to attend the game in person can watch it live on the ACC Network.
After practice on Friday, Elko met with members of the media to give his thoughts on the team prior to Duke's final spring workout on Saturday. That interview can be viewed HERE.
