All Four Duke Golfers Move on at LPGA Q-Series

MOBILE, Ala. – After 72 holes of action at the LPGA and Epson Tour Qualifying Tournament Q-Series, all four of the Duke women's golfers competing advanced to the second week of action. Ana Belac, Lindy Duncan, Jaravee Boonchant and Miranda Wang finished in the top-70 at the Robert Trent Jones Trail at Magnolia Grove in Mobile, Ala., to move on to week two.
Belac, who graduated from Duke in 2020, led the Blue Devils with a 12-under-par ledger over the last four days with rounds of 67, 71, 68 and 68 for a 274, which was tied for sixth. Both Duncan and Boonchant placed tied for 11th with an 11-under, 275. Duncan, a 2013 Duke graduate, posted scores of 69, 68, 67 and 71.
With solid rounds of 67 and 66 to close the final two days, Boonchant moved up the leaderboard following back-to-back rounds of 71 to open play.
Wang, a 2019 Blue Devil graduate, was solid all week with rounds of 71, 70, 71 and 70 to finish tied for 55th with a 4-under, 282.
Lauren Hartlage led all golfers with a 14-under, 272, over the first week.
Week two of Q-Series will take place Dec. 8-11 at Highland Oakes Golf Course in Dothan, Ala.
The top golfers at the end of week two will earn 2023 LPGA Tour Membership. The status will be determined by the finish –
• Players finishing in positions 1-20 and ties earn LPGA Tour status category 14
• Players finishing in positions 12-45 and ties earn LPGA Tour status in category 15 and Epson Tour status in category C
• Players finishing outside the top-45 and ties, who complete all rounds before the cut, will earn Epson Tour status
