Stadium gates open at 6 p.m. ARRIVE EARLY and avoid the rush immediately prior to kickoff. All concourse amenities, services, and Jr. Blue Devils Skills Challenge will be open and available at 6Â p.m. Blue Devil Tower will also open at 6 p.m., for premium seating guests.

ARRIVE EARLY & CARPOOL! Heavy traffic is expected on the roadways around campus as 30,000+ guests arrive for game day.
Duke Athletics, Parking and Transportation Services, and Duke Police encourage all game day guests to follow the recommended routes for Iron Duke Parking Lots and General Public Lots both pregame and postgame. Please follow the direction of uniformed officers and staff on the roads and the information on the electronic signage around campus. Please understand that traffic control officers are unable to answer questions without causing traffic delays.
Please review the Duke vs. North Carolina Post-Game Traffic Map for the exit routes designed to expedite the emptying of lots to major roadways – which may not be the most convenient initial route to your final destination. Please follow the direction of uniformed officers and traffic control staff on the roads around campus.
Use Rideshare and get dropped off right outside the Powers Gate! Frank Bassett Drive has been designated a drop-off/pick-up location for Rideshare Services with visible logos. Frank Bassett Drive must be accessed from NC 751/Cameron Blvd. to Science Drive – there is no access from the Grounds Lot. Services attempting to drop-off/pick-up at other locations near the stadium will be denied access and directed to this location. There is no game day parking in this location – 20-minute drop-off/pick-up zone only.
Arrive early to secure your tailgating spot in surface lots.
Tailgating is permitted in surface lots only. Tailgating is not permitted inside parking garages, including the roof. Tailgating is permitted in designated green spaces adjacent to parking garages.
One vehicle = one space. Tailgates are not permitted to extend into additional parking spaces. Please follow the direction of Tailgate Teams as they try to maximize the available parking for other guests. Tailgate items are not permitted to block pedestrian sidewalks or vehicle drive lanes.
All Iron Duke lots will open at 6Â a.m., on Saturday.
Iron Duke Checkpoints will become operational at 3 p.m. All Iron Duke parking permit holders must have their Iron Duke parking permit hanging from their rearview mirror as they approach for access at checkpoints and to expedite access to their parking lot.Iron Duke Tailgate Areas are in Whitford Lot, Grounds Lot, Blue Zone, Science Drive Visitors Lot, and the greenspaces outside Science Drive Garage.

General Public Parking Hours:General Public Tailgate Areas are located in the Jogging Trail Lot, Chemistry Lot, Circuit Drive Lots, Duke University Road Lots, GC & H Lots, Campus & Anderson Lot, and GC Overflow Lot
General Public Park & Walk Lots are divided into color-coded zones to help with wayfinding. There is no charge to park. Review the Duke vs. North Carolina Pedestrians Routes Map for the best route from your parking lot to the closest stadium gate. Directional signage to Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium will be present along the recommended pedestrian routes from all locations.
General Public Courtesy Shuttles from Yellow Zone Lots will run continuous loops from parking areas to Duke Chapel and will take approximately 30 minutes roundtrip. Walk times are 15–20 minutes from Yellow Zone parking areas to Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium. EXPECT HIGH RIDER VOLUMES
Pick-up points for the shuttle are located next to the parking areas on Yearby Avenue. Shuttle service begins at 3 p.m., with full shuttle operations at 5 p.m. Shuttles will run every 30 minutes and will drop-off/pick-up at the Duke Chapel.
Accessible Lift-Equipped Van Assistance will be available from all General Public Parking Lots as needed for guests needing wheelchair lift assistance. Please note that vans run on-call and can take 15 minutes or more to arrive depending on call volume and game day traffic.
In the designated General Public Accessible Parking Lots in the Blue Zone and outside the stadium gates, designated pick-up points for the accessible vans are now available. Look for signage in the Blue Zone (B-4, B-6 Lots) and outside the Wilson Gate (east concourse), at the Whitford Drive circle (Bostock Gate, Will Call, north concourse), and at the Grounds Lot bus stop (Powers Gate, Blue Devil Tower, west concourse). Each pick-up point will provide seating and informational signage with the location for DUACCESS text requests – text "DUACCESS" to 919-808-5576 with request, location, and number of guests (Example: "DUACCESS Van, B-4 Lot, 4 Guests"). Standard messaging and data rates may apply.
To request an accessible van for assistance from another game day parking lot, text "DUACCESS" to 919-808-5576 with request, location, and number of guests. (Example: "DUACCESS Van, Circuit Lot, 4 Guests"). Guests can also speak to the parking lot attendant for assistance.
RV/OV Parking Is located in the GC Valet Lot on Yearby Avenue. A limited number of RV/OV Parking spots are available and should be purchased online in advance of game day through Duke Parking & Transportation Services at https://parking.duke.edu/visitor/athletic/football/rv-parking-permits. RV/OV permits cost $50.00. No cash purchases are permitted – including on game day at the lot entrance.
The GC Valet Lot will open for RV/OV parking ONLY on Friday from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Saturday at 7 a.m. All RV/OV vehicles must be clear by Sunday at noon.Â
Bus parking will be located in the University Communications Lot on Chapel Drive off of Campus Drive. A limited number of Bus Parking spots are available and should be reserved in advance of game day by contacting the Duke Ticket Office. Buses that drop-off/pick-up guests (i.e. no tailgating) will park free of charge. Buses that host group tailgates, etc. will be considered RV/OVs and required to park in the GC Valet Lot and purchase an RV/OV permit (see RV/OV Information above).
The Bus Drop-off/Pick-up Point is located at the roundabout on Towerview Road and must be accessed off of Duke University Road. After dropping off guests, buses will be directed to the University Communications Lot by turning left onto Duke University Road, left onto Anderson Street, left onto Campus Drive, and left onto Chapel Drive. Buses are permitted to pick-up their guests at the roundabout and must be staged at the start of the fourth quarter. All buses will be staged facing Duke University Road for departure.
All guests are reminded that Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium has a CLEAR BAG POLICY. All bags and purses must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and no larger than 12" x 12" x 6" – including bags for medical and/or childcare needs. Small clutches/wallets (with or without a strap) that fit in the palm of the hand (no larger than 8" x 5" x 1") and one (1)-gallon clear plastic storage bags are also permitted. Duke Stores merchandise bags with receipt for game day purchase are permitted (all other prohibited items restrictions apply). Reasonable accommodations may be made for medical & childcare needs.
Enter at Wilson Gate or Powers Gate Stadium entry at Tribull Plaza and the Bostock Gate is EXTREMELY busy on Duke football game days. Avoid the crowd by entering the stadium at Wilson Gate (east concourse) or Powers Gate (west concourse). See the Game Day Pedestrian Routes Map for recommended routes to these gates. Directional assistance staff will also be present along the sidewalks approaching Tribull Plaza to assist.
All persons – game day staff, ticketed guests, and Duke students – are subject to screening before entering Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium. Walk-through metal detectors will be the primary means of screening. For guests who are unable to utilize a walk-through metal detector, hand-held metal detectors will be used with physical pat-downs as a final alternative option. All accessible seating locations are assigned, ticketed seating areas and can be purchased/exchanged through the Duke Ticket Office prior to or on game day. For more information on accessible seating, please review the Accessible Seating Policy and Accessible Seating Map.
If picking up tickets from General Will Call on game day, visit the Duke Ticket Office at Scott Family Athletics Performance Center outside the Bostock Gate and across from Cameron Indoor Stadium. COME EARLY – the Duke Ticket Office will be open to assist guests starting at 5 p.m.
Ticket assistance for guests will be available prior to entering the stadium at the Wilson Gate Ticket Booth, Bostock Gate Ticket Booth, and Powers Gate Ticket Booths starting at 6Â p.m. Once inside Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium, ticket assistance is available at the Bostock Gate Guest Services Desk, located behind Section 18.
Stadium lighting effects will be used on game day. Guests suffering from epilepsy or other visual light stimulation effects are advised to see stadium medical staff at the concourse First Aid stations located behind Section 3, 19 and 28 and each floor of Blue Devil Tower for assistance.
