NEED TO KNOW
• No. 4 Duke (8-2-0, 3-0-0 ACC) will host No. 2 Virginia (9-1-1, 2-1-0) on Sunday, Oct. 2 at 1 p.m., at Koskinen Stadium.
• Sunday's match will be aired live on ACC Network Extra with Kyle Schassburger calling the action.
• Duke enters Sunday's contest with an eight-match winning streak in ACC regular season action. It is the longest streak since 2017 (10).
• Duke has a streak of 410 minutes without allowing a goal at home in ACC regular season action dating back to last season.
• Over the first nine matches, Duke featured a different starting lineup in each of those contests. The Blue Devils had the same lineup against Boston College and NC State.
• In 27 matches played at Duke,

• In five home matches in 2022, Duke has scored eight of 11 goals in the first half.

DUKE VS. VIRGINIA
• Duke and Virginia will meet for the 46th time on Sunday with the Cavaliers leading the series 20-16-9.
• The Blue Devils last win against the Cavaliers was a 1-0 shutout in November 2017 in Charleston, S.C., during the semifinals of the ACC Tournament; Duke's last win at home was a 1-0 win in 2016.
• In the last meeting a year ago, Virginia defeated Duke in Charlottesville, Va., 1-0.
• Duke is 6-8-5 against Virginia at Koskinen.
SCOUTING THE CAVALIERS
• Virginia enters the contest with a 9-1-1 overall and 2-1-0 ACC mark.
