DURHAM – Last month, Duke Athletics announced gameday enhancements for fans coming to Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium during the 2021 football season.
Â
One of those exciting new features is the sale of alcohol. Fans 21 years and older will now have the opportunity to purchase beer, seltzer and hard cider at any concession location throughout the stadium.
Â
Alcohol sales will start 90 minutes prior to kickoff with the opening of stadium gates and stop at the end of the third quarter. If guests are already in line before the clock hits 0:00 at the end of the third quarter, they will be permitted to purchase.
Â
With a new state-of-the-art point of sale system, Duke concessions are now cashless which will lead to decreased wait times at all stands. Concessions will now accept credit cards and Apple pay as payment options. For a complete list of new game day enhancements, CLICK HERE.
