DURHAM – Freshman quarterbackJordan Moore rushed for 128 yards on seven carries with a touchdown in Duke's 85-play scrimmage at Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium on Saturday night.

Moore was explosive in open space, breaking free for a 65-yard scamper and scrambling 22-yards for a touchdown. He also went four-of-seven for 39 yards through the air.

Graduate student quarterback Gunnar Holmberg finished his night three-of-eight for 36 yards in addition to eight carries for 15 yards with a rushing score.

Senior Mataeo Durant and redshirt sophomore Jaylen Coleman aided in Duke's ground game during the scrimmage. Durant tallied 44 yards on four carries, while Coleman added nine rushes for 80 yards.

Redshirt junior defensive end Zamari Ellis and sophomore defensive end Michael Reese each recorded a sack for eight and three yards, respectively.

Duke continues its fall camp schedule in preparation for its season opener on Friday, Sept. 3 at Charlotte. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m. at Jerry Richardson Stadium.
