OMAHA, Neb. – Two Duke swimmers concluded day four of Wave II at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials on Wednesday at the CHI Health Center in Omaha, Neb.
Alumnus
Ashley Twichell (2011 graduate) placed fifth in the evening finals of the 1,500-meter freestyle, touching in 16:01.62 for the event.
Current student-athlete
Brendan Driscoll made his Olympic trials debut, competing in the 800m freestyle. Driscoll placed 41st in the event, clocking a time of 8:14.58.
Recent 2020 graduate
Alyssa Marsh will compete in her first event of the team trials on Thursday, taking on the 100 freestyle preliminaries in the morning session.
