DURHAM, N.C. – Duke shifts to ACC action this weekend when it travels to Georgia Tech and Clemson on Friday and Sunday, respectively.

The Blue Devils first face off against the Yellow Jackets on Friday for a 3 p.m. matchup, before battling the Tigers on Sunday at 1 p.m. Both matches this weekend are scheduled to be played on outdoor courts, but that could be subject to change based on the day's weather conditions.
HISTORY WITH GEORGIA TECH
Friday's contest will be the 65th all-time meeting between the two schools. Duke currently holds the 45-19 edge on the series but the Yellow Jackets have won five of the last six meetings, including a 4-3 victory in Atlanta on March 17, 2019.
SCOUTING THE YELLOW JACKETS
The Yellow Jackets are 4-1 at home this season, having won two consecutive matches at the Byers Tennis Complex against Georgia State and The Citadel. Redshirt freshman Marcus McDaniel remains undefeated at 8-0 in singles action, while fellow redshirt freshman Andres Martin is still ranked as the No. 59 singles player in the country. Overall, Georgia Tech sports a 6-3 record and a 1-1 mark in ACC play.
HISTORY WITH CLEMSON
Duke also has a long history with Clemson as Sunday's match marks the 76th all-time meeting. The Blue Devils lead the series with the Tigers at 45-30 and are currently riding a four-match winning streak. Duke has won 36 of the last 40 all-time meetings with Clemson as well.
SCOUTING THE TIGERS
Clemson sits at 5-4 on the year, including a 1-1 mark in ACC play. The Tigers doubles team of Ryuhei Azuma and Jacob Jahn are 5-2 on the year, while Azuma and Teodor Giusca lead singles action with records of 7-2.
LAST TIME OUT
Duke shut out visiting Furman, 7-0, to close out its non-conference slate on Sunday, Feb. 14 in Sheffield Indoor Tennis Center. The Blue Devils controlled doubles action right from the start. In the three matches, Duke only relinquished two points.Â

Sean Sculley then followed that up with a 6-0 win on Duke's main court to clinch the doubles point. The Blue Devils then swept all six singles matches to claim the 7-0 win.
UP NEXT
The Blue Devils remain on the road when they travel to Notre Dame and Louisville on March 5th and 7th, respectively. Friday's matchup with the Fighting Irish is slated for 3:30 p.m. in the Courtney Tennis Center while Sunday's meeting with the Cardinals is set for 12 p.m. at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center.
