Gina Kim will next compete in the South Atlantic Women's Amateur Championship, which will take place January 6-9 at the Oceanside Country Club in Ormond Beach, Fla.
The South Atlantic Women's Amateur Championship, also known as the SALLY, dates back to 1926 and continues to field contestants from all over the world. All 96 golfers will play 18 holes each day.
A product of Chapel Hill, N.C., Kim notched rounds of 67, 69, 78 and 73 for a one-under-par, 287, at the Harder Hall Women's Invitational to collect a one-stroke victory at the Harder Hall Resort Club in Sebring, Fla. Kim, a two-time All-American at Duke, closed the final round with two birdies over her final eight holes to win by one stroke over Chloe Kovelesky (288).
Kim will open action Wednesday at 10 a.m., along with Alice Hodge and Tuan yu Chiang.
