Redshirt junior defensive end Chris Rumph II holds 107 career tackles including 17.0 sacks and 31.0 tackles for loss in 32 appearances. The preseason All-American has amassed 7.5 sacks so far this season, tying with teammate Victor Dimukeje to lead the NCAA. A native of Gainesville, Fla., Rumph II's 17.0 career sacks sit fourth all-time in program history. In his most recent game against Charlotte, Rumph II recorded 3.0 sacks for a loss of 21 yards in addition to a quarterback pressure and a pass breakup.

Q:Â What is your favorite Duke football memory on the field?
CR:Â Beating Virginia Tech last year. It was my first time beating Virginia Tech and being at that stadium in my life. Especially with coach Troops [Trooper Taylor] anniversary of his father, it was a great team win and we celebrated that night.
Q:Â What is your favorite home cooked meal?
CR:Â Mama makes everything I love. My favorite meal would be her spaghetti. She got the recipe from an Italian place in Florida and she has perfected it.
Q:Â If you were stranded on an island, what teammate would you want with you?
CR:Â Cole Finney; he could get fruit off the top of the trees without even having to jump.

Q:Â If you could live anywhere in the world where would you live?
CR:Â On a tropical island by myself and my family.
Q:Â What is your favorite Duke football memory off the field?
CR:Â When we went to Detroit for the bowl game, after the game we walked around the city in the snow and that was pretty cool.
Q:Â If you went on the Amazing Race, what coach would you want as your teammate?
CR:Â Coach Troop [Trooper Taylor]. He's going to push down everybody; he's trying to win.

Q:Â If you could vacation anywhere where would you vacation?
CR:Â Probably Colorado. I would go there for the mountains for a ski trip and get some smores and hot chocolate.
Q:Â What is your favorite sweet treat?
CR:Â Peach rings.

Rumph II and the Blue Devils return to play this weekend as they host rival North Carolina on Saturday at noon. The game will be aired live on ESPN2.
