DUKE VS. FSU...
Duke will look to snap a two-game losing streak to Florida State as the Blue Devils travel to Tallahassee, Fla. Thursday. The Seminoles currently lead the overall series, 14-10-6.
The Blue Devil's haven't won a match in Tallahassee since 1999 and hold a 3-12 record and have lost nine in a row. Over the last five meetings, Duke has been outscored, 7-0, in matches played in Tallahassee.
The series is very lopsided as Duke owns a 6-3-5 record in Durham versus the Seminoles.
Robbie Church owns a 5-14-5 record against Florida State.

WHAT HAPPENED IN THE LAST MEETING...
Duke traveled to Tallahassee, Fla., on Oct. 31, 2019 and dropped a 1-0 decision to the Seminoles last season. FSU netted a goal at the 78:36 mark, which decided the contest. The Seminoles held a 15-3 advantage in shots for the match.

TOUGH SLATE...
For only the second time in school history, Duke will face the top two teams in the nation in back-to-back contests as the Blue Devils faced top-ranked North Carolina in the last meeting and second-ranked Florida State Thursday.
The last time it happened was in the 1998 campaign under head coach Bill Hempen as Duke faced No. 2 Santa Clara and No. 1 North Carolina in back-to-back games.
SCORELESS STREAK SNAPPED...
Since the Blue Devils allowed a goal at the 43:21 mark of the first half to top-ranked North Carolina, Duke's stellar defense accumulated a 474:21 scoreless streak until the Tar Heels scored in the second half Oct. 23 in Chapel Hill, N.C.

TOUGH DEFENSE...
Duke's defense has allowed only three goals over its last seven matches and all three tallies came against top-ranked North Carolina. The Blue Devils now own five shutouts on the season, which leads the ACC.

FIRST HALF DEFENSE...
The Blue Devils have allowed only three goals in the first half, which ranks tied for fourth in the ACC. North Carolina leads the way with one allowed, while FSU (2), Louisville (2), Duke (3), Clemson (3) and Notre Dame (3) round out the top six teams.
SCORING WOES IN FIRST HALF...
Duke has struggled scoring goals in the first half and have totaled only five tallies in the first half this season. Three of those goals came at Syracuse.
In comparing the ACC, North Carolina, Florida State and Pittsburgh have scored 10 first half goals to lead the way. Rounding out the league is Virginia Tech (8), Virginia (7), Clemson (6), Notre Dame (6), Duke (5), Louisville (5), Boston College (4), Wake Forest (2), Syracuse (1), Miami (1).

• Prior to Duke collecting three first half goals at Syracuse, the Blue Devils had scored only two first half goals on the season, while scoring five goals in the second half.
• The Blue Devils have notched 74 corner kicks on the season to rank first in the ACC on the year. Duke had a season-high 17 at Boston College. The Blue Devils also lead the ACC with 33 offside calls.
