DURHAM, N.C. -- Duke men's basketball freshman guard
Jeremy Roach met with the media on Tuesday to give his thoughts about the 2020-21 season, along with addressing a variety of topics including his relationship with the team's other guards, how he feels practice has been going and adjusting to life on campus during the pandemic.
Roach, a native of Leesburg, Va., entered Duke as a five-star point guard and the No. 18-ranked overall player nationally by ESPN in this season's freshman class. He was scheduled to play in the McDonald's All-American Game, the Jordan Brand Classic and the USA Nike Hoops Summit before all were canceled by COVID-19.Â
In following a long line of Blue Devils to succeed on the international stage, Roach won a pair of gold medals with USA Basketball – at the 2017 FIBA Americas U-16 and the 2018 FIBA U-17 World Cup.
