DURHAM, N.C. – Former Duke quarterback Daniel Jones was selected in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft by the New York Giants on Thursday night.
Jones was the sixth overall pick in the draft. He is the highest Blue Devil NFL Draft pick since Mike Junkin was the No. 5 selection by the Cleveland Browns in 1987, and just the seventh Duke player to be chosen in the first round of the draft.
