
Trio of Singles Wins for Duke on Friday

DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke men's tennis team started the final weekend of its fall competition season Friday at the Wake Forest Fall Invitational with five victories. The Blue Devils' doubles teams won both of their matches while the squad picked up a trio of singles triumphs.
Senior Jason Lapidus as well as juniors Spencer Furman and Nick Stachowiak went 2-0 on the day with straight-set wins in singles and doubles triumphs. Furman leads the Blue Devils with five singles triumphs this fall.
The Blue Devils are back in action Saturday with the doubles semifinal and two rounds of singles competition.
