Blue Devils Endure 100-Snap Scrimmage

DURHAM, N.C. – Redshirt freshman Brittain Brown rushed for 82 yards and one touchdown to highlight Duke's 100-snap scrimmage on Friday night at Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium.
Brown carried the ball 10 times and posted four runs of 10-plus yards. Quarterback Daniel Jones was 15-of-22 passing for 130 yards and one touchdown and added another score on the ground. Wideout Chris Taylor and running back Shaun Wilson had four receptions apiece.
Defensively, tackle Edgar Cerenord and linebacker Ben Humphreys each recorded one interception.
Duke will hold its annual Meet the Blue Devils Day on Saturday afternoon from 2:30-4:30 p.m. in Pascal Field House. Admission and parking are free for the event.
