Knowles Discusses Defensive Improvements in Camp

DURHAM, N.C. – With just a few days of fall camp remaining, defensive coordinator/linebackers coach Jim Knowles met with the media to talk about his unit.
Knowles is overseeing a defensive group that returns six starters, including four in the secondary. Blue Devil Network was on hand to catch up with Knowles and provide an overview of the 2016 defense. Knowles noted the progress of the defensive line under coach Ben Albert, the flexibility to play multiple positions the members of the secondary have and the aggressiveness fans can expect out of the defense this season.
