MEN'S BASKETBALL 12-2 (1-0 ACC)
• The 15th-ranked Duke men's basketball team opened conference play this past Saturday, downing Boston College on the road, 81-64.
• Freshman Brandon Ingram paced the Blue Devils offensively with 25 points, nine rebounds and three assists, while sophomore Grayson Allen contributed 17 points, nine rebounds and five assists. Also scoring in double-figures for Duke were freshman Luke Kennard and junior Matt Jones with 17 and 16, respectively.
• Up Next: Now ranked 14th, the Blue Devils will head to Winston-Salem, N.C., to face Wake Forest Wednesday, Jan. 6, at 7:00 p.m., before hosting Virginia Tech at noon on Saturday, Jan. 9. The matchup with the Demon Deacons will be aired on ESPNU, while the game against the Hokies will be broadcast on the ACC Network.
WOMEN'S BASKETBALL 11-4 (0-1 ACC)
• The No. 12 Duke women's basketball team topped UNCW last Thursday at home, 78-56, before falling to Syracuse on the road in its conference opener Sunday, 86-50.
• Against the Seahawks, redshirt sophomore Rebecca Greenwell paced the offense with 23 points, sparked by a 5-of-8 shooting performance behind the arc, and a career-best nine rebounds.
• In the loss to the Orange, sophomore Azura Stevens logged a double-double with 12 points and 12 boards. Junior Oderah Chidom chipped in 10 points of her own to join Stevens in double-figure scoring.
• Up Next: Now ranked 18th, Duke will host Wake Forest Thursday, Jan. 7, at 7:00 p.m., before hitting the road to face Louisville Sunday, Jan. 10, at 1:00 p.m. Both contests will be aired on ESPN3.

• The Duke football closed out the 2015 season with an overtime win over Indiana in the Pinstripe Bowl Dec. 26, 44-41.
• Quarterback Thomas Sirk and running backs Jela Duncan and Shaun Wilson combined for 367 rushing yards and three touchdowns on the ground, while Sirk threw for another score and Wilson had a 98-yard kickoff return for a touchdown.
• After scoring 14 points with three field goals and five PAT makes, kicker Ross Martin earned a selection to the 2015 Associated Press All-Bowl Team.
• Safety Jeremy Cash, center Matt Skura and punter Will Monday have all received invitations to the 2016 NFL Combine, set for Feb. 23-29 in Indianapolis, Ind.

• Up Next: Duke will host NC State Wednesday, Jan. 6, at 7:00 p.m. The match against the Wolfpack will be aired on ESPN3.
