DURHAM, N.C.-- The Blue Devil women's soccer team welcomes the No. 6 recruiting class in the nation this fall with the addition of six very talented student-athletes. The Blue Devil Network is spotlighting each of the freshmen over the next two weeks.
The sixth and final freshman is Anna Munro, a 5-9 native of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. The 5-9 forward competed with the Ottawa Fury club team, while also seeing action with Neean Hotspurs and Ottawa South United squads. She helped lead her Ottawa South United team to the Ontario Cup final in 2014. Also competed on her Lisgar Collegiate Institute track & field, volleyball, basketball and cross country teams.
Duke next take on Weber State Sunday, Aug. 23 at 11:00 a.m., to conclude action in the UNC Nike Classic in Chapel Hill, N.C.
