Weather Forces Duke to Withdraw from ITA Indoors

DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke men's tennis team has been forced to withdraw from the 2014 ITA National Team Indoor Championships in Houston, Texas due to inclement weather. The winter storm that hit the Triangle area Wednesday severely impacted traveling conditions, causing cancellations of numerous flights at Raleigh-Durham International Airport.

Pepperdine will replace Duke as the No. 15 seed in the tournament, which gets underway Friday in Houston. An updated draw is available here: http://www.itatennis.com/Assets/ita_assets/pdf/Men$!27s+National+Team+Indoors/2014/2014+MTI+Draw.pdf.

The Blue Devils are scheduled to return to action Sunday, March 2 at VCU.
