DURHAM, N.C.— In its last practice prior to heading to France on Monday, the Duke women's basketball team scrimmaged in the K Center and GoDuke.com was there to get highlights as well as to talk with head coach Joanne P. McCallie.
Duke will take senior Allison Vernerey home to France next week when the Blue Devils depart on their DWB European Tour from Aug. 13-22. The team will visit Paris, Deauville and Mulhouse, France before closing the trip in Cernobbio, Italy.
