DURHAM, N.C.— As the eighth-ranked and third-seeded Duke women's golf team prepared for the 2012 NCAA East Regional at Penn State, GoDuke.com caught up with Blue Devil head coach
Dan Brooks and
Lindy Duncan to talk about regional action.
The Blue Devils will kick off regional play on Thursday, May 10 and will go through Saturday, May 12. The top eight teams will advance to the NCAA Championships May 22-25 in Franklin, Tenn. Duke is coming off posting its 17th overall ACC Championship, while Duncan is the top-ranked golfer in the nation with four individual victories.
With a tee time of 8:36 a.m., on Thursday, Duke will kick off action along with Alabama and Arizona State.
