Duke Opens Fall Slate Saturday

DURHAM, N.C. - The Duke women's lacrosse team will hold its first scrimmages of the fall season this weekend, traveling to Chapel Hill for games against Notre Dame and North Carolina Saturday, Oct. 1. The Blue Devils take on the Fighting Irish from UNC's Fenley Fields at 11:15 a.m., before playing the Tar Heels at 12;30 p.m.
Duke's fall schedule also features games against Northwestern, Maryland, Georgetown and Florida. The Blue Devils are scheduled to compete in the Play for Parkinson's Tournament in Alexandria, Va., on Oct. 17 and will also host the Duke Fall Invitational Oct. 30.
