DURHAM, N.C.— For all of those Duke women's basketball fans who are going through withdrawals of hoops season, check out some highlights of Blue Devil incoming freshman Amber Henson.
Henson, who is a product of Tampa, Fla., is a three-time Parade All-America and the 2011 Florida Gatorade Player of the Year as a senior. She averaged 20.7 points, 13.6 rebounds, 6.7 blocks and 2.5 assists in her final year at Walter L. Sickles H.S. She netted 60 double-doubles and one triple-double in her career.
